Audio Response Banking
Audio Response is a free service that allows members to receive information about their account over the phone. To sign up for Audio Response, all we need is your signature on a single form to receive your password. Once you have signed up for Audio Response you can call the local or toll free number to do any of the following:
- Deposit Account Balance
- Loan Account Balance
- Transfer Funds
- Make Loan Payments
- Current Rates
- Transaction history
Our mobile app is FREE and available to anyone who has online banking. With the app you can access your accounts anywhere you have internet access from your phone or tablet. Need to deposit a check? Need to transfer funds between accounts? Need to make a loan payment? Do it all, right from the convenience of your mobile device! Just search Employee Resources Credit Union on the App store or Google Play store.
This service is available to those who have the Employee Resources Credit Union mobile app. Using the camera on your mobile device, you can snap a picture of a check to deposit into your account. After correctly following the prompts given on the app, your check will be reviewed for deposit in 24-48 hours.
